Sullivan County Rural Electric Cooperative is seeking candidates to provide financial management and oversight for the Cooperative. A summary of job responsibilities includes administrative direction and oversight of electric service billing, member service, asset management, and accounts payable and receivable for the Cooperative.  Oversight and expertise includes acquisition of both short and long term debt, proper accounting using the RUS uniform system of accounts, utilization of general and subsidiary ledgers, compliance with loan covenants, financial forecasts, and budgeting.  The CFO is also charged with all Human Resource functions for the Cooperative.  The Chief Financial Officer will report to and work with the Cooperative's CEO.  For more information on specific job re
