Position Opening for Member Service Representative – Call Center –located at Owen Electric Cooperative, Owenton, KY.  Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalency required. Associate Degree in Business preferred. Two year customer service experience required. Prior cashier and customer service experience desirable. Previous experience with computers desirable. Six months on-the-job training may be necessary before employee can perform satisfactorily with minimum supervision. This position provides quality service to the Membership by rendering prompt, efficient, courteous, and reliable service that promotes goodwill between the Cooperative, the member, the general public, and Cooperative personnel.
