ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:  Delta-Montrose Electric Association reserves the right to change or modify the duties and essential functions of this position at any time. In an efficient and professional manner, and accordance with the DMEA/IBEW Labor Agreement and DMEA’s Safety Manual, a System Designer must be able to: Perform all system design duties required for the installation of new line extensions and system improvements including but not limited to: working with customers to identify their needs and to determine an acceptable layout, designing line extensions/upgrades, obtaining rights-of-way and permits, preparing work order documents.
