Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of energy services programs. Responds to irregular and /or high usage complaints from residential and commercial members, determines the problem and works with members to resolve their issues. Works with commercial members that might benefit by being in a different rate class such as time of use. Works with members to develop strategies to reduce demand. Qualifications: Six months to one year related experience and/ or training in marketing, utility operations, and energy services programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
