POSITION SUMMARY: Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative (MVEC), has three (3) seasonal temporary Apprentice Lineman openings for 2023. A Seasonal Apprentice Lineman safely builds and maintains overhead and underground electrical lines. Qualified applicants will have successfully completed a Line Technician Certification program from a certified vocational school/equivalent. Applicants will also be working towards completion of an Apprentice Lineworker/Power Line Technician training program.   These openings are anticipated to start working in May with the assignment ending in late November. Normal hours will occur between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. with emergency work on holidays, weekends or off hours, if needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
