Position Summary The Manager of IS Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, maintaining, and managing staff and the stability of the Cooperative’s Service Desk and IS infrastructure (to include: network & server infrastructure, datacenters, cloud infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems). This position has significant responsibility for ensuring that infrastructure, including server, networking, and end-user solutions are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Cooperative, and enhance the Cooperative’s ability to meet future growth. This is an active hands-on technical and management position, providing 24/7 technical support as needed for critical technical issues. Essential Job Functions
