The Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in maximizing the potential of DMEA software systems, particularly NISC's iVUE system. As an expert in iVUE-related software products, this individual will collaborate closely with end-users to develop and integrate processes that streamline job functions. The Systems Analyst will manage all aspects of software implementations and integrations, proactively learn and train others on improvements and efficiencies in current work processes and provide troubleshooting support to identify and implement procedures that further optimize job processes. Additionally, this position involves creating Crystal Reports and Mosaic content for employees and the Board of Directors.

In an efficient and professional manner, and in accordance with the DMEA/IBEW Labor Agreement and DMEA Accident Prevention Manual:
Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing software training and troubleshooting assistance.
Offer technical support for iVUE software and related cloud applications, including Messenger, Mosaic, Smarthub, and Appsuite.
Continuously update knowledge of end-user application software, analyze requirements, and recommend solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Create and maintain user-friendly manuals and procedural documents for end-users.
Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting using Mosaic and/or Crystal Reports, create and share reports, and train users on the Mosaic application.
Oversee the implementation and integration of third-party applications, coordinating with various departments as needed.
Handle software updates, including scheduling, communication, verification, testing, and implementation, as well as providing training and documentation updates.
Proactively identify and document opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in software and related applications.
Maintain iVUE Administration and Cloud security settings under the principle of least privilege, ensuring employee access as required.
Troubleshoots software applications and collaborates with other staff members as necessary.
Complete special projects as assigned by the Applications and Database Manager.
Assists with basic IT/IS troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain a high level of trusted authority and adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in a relevant field required, Bachelor's degree preferred; a minimum of five (5) years of applicable job experience.
At least two years of experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
Expertise or the ability to quickly become an expert in iVUE Connect, CIS, SIS, ABS, OMS, Mapwise Appsuite, Smarthub, Messenger, and Mosaic systems.
Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on excellent customer service.
Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) for creating content in Crystal Reports and Mosaic.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as VBScript and Python.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changes in the work environment.
Capacity to independently resolve problems, research information, create solutions, and make well-informed decisions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
