Your outgoing personality, attention to detail and critical problem?solving ability will position you as the first line of communication to our members. Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Member Service Representative in our Willcox location.
The selected individual will interact with our members’ daily, providing assistance with their accounts, offer problem?solving suggestions, collect payments, set up services, and other clerical duties. Our Member Service Representatives must possess strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will have, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
Must be able to locate numerous and diverse computer applications and screens to resolve complaints and respond to inquiries.
Receive applications for all electric and miscellaneous service orders system wide.
Assist multiple departments.
Minimum requirements are High School graduate or equivalent and two years related general office, customer service, and cashier experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Arizona Career Readiness Credential. Applicants must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
