OBJECTIVE  To provide technical engineering and planning that meets the present and future requirements and needs to insure that Blue Grass Energy is providing safe, efficient and reliable energy services.   RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluates and analyzes system outages and blinks. Makes recommendation of corrective actions that may be taken to improve system reliability. Responsible for the preparation of Blue Grass Energy Construction Work Plans. Responsible for the preparation of the Long Range Work Plans of Blue Grass Energy. Works with other Blue Grass Energy personnel and East KY Power personnel in developing the power requirements study. Conducts engineering s
