Benton REA is now accepting applications to fill one (1) full-time Apprentice Meterman & Journeyman Lineman position.  Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and testing of metering equipment, current transformers, oil circuit reclosers (OCR), regulators, and other power line equipment. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma (or GED certificate) with a minimum of three (3) years experience in electric utility construction and maintenance as a journeyman lineman required; qualified by successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship program and by written exam as a journeyman required.
