Corporate Finance Analyst I, II, III or Senior
Corporate finance department staff are responsible for assisting with the preparation and review of financial documents, including offering and bond documents, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents, and related SEC filings, assisting with preparing financial analyses for banking and lending institutions, rating agencies and other parties as well as debt administration, loan compliance obligations, interest rate forecasts and risk management activities.
