CFC is looking for a Portfolio Support Specialist to join our Portfolio Management team. The Portfolio Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting post-origination account management and risk management activities of the portfolio management group.
As a Portfolio Support Specialist, you will: • Carry out post-closing tasks related to loan syndications including, but not limited to, financial statement/compliance certificate downloads and tracking; advance input, rate and fee resets, fee tracking, L/C Exposure tracking, stop order input and maintenance. • Prepare, review and analyze reports, including loan repricings and repayments, and ensure items are addressed in a timely fashion. • Prepare member correspondence including those related to compliance, repricings/conversions, prepayments, forward rate locks, facility maturities/renewals • Process loan advances including review of advance queue to ensure advances are approved and processed in a timely fashion. • Monitor and assist with management of draw period end dates including stop order input and maintenance • Perform data entry for risk ratings, audit reviews and rate changes including repricings and conversions. • Execute compliance tracking including financial statements • Assist with management of fee resets, letter of credit issuances, amendments • Assist with letter of credit issuances, amendments and fee resets • Assist with Partial Release process (collateral releases)
To be successful, you will need: • Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience. • 3 years of relevant experience with a bank, financial institution or financial services company. • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred. • Process oriented with proven attention to detail, organization skills and able to work independently. • Excellent PC skills and familiarity with standard office equipment. • Strong analytical skills. • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent Customer service to internal Customers. • Knowledge of loan documentation, entity formation documents and financial institution/financial services policies and procedures. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Effective interpersonal abilities and verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
