We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our HR Team in Springfield, MO as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this position you will work closely with the Manager, Workforce Planning and be responsible for developing and executing strategies, processes and programs related to recruiting and staffing our organization to meet current and long-term needs. You will form strategic partnerships in and outside the organization related to staffing and interact regularly with current and future job candidates and employees at all levels.
What we need from YOU:
A desire to network one-on-one, in groups, and virtually. Demonstrated experience with outreach to build relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts.
Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and optimism in previous work experiences.
Strong experience with various social media platforms and techniques to attract candidates.
Success with proactive sourcing of passive candidates to fill critical roles.
Proven knowledge and confidence to exercise sound judgement and discretion, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
At least three (3) years HR experience – including leading the entire candidate lifecycle.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with prior HCM experience preferred (experience with Workday a plus).

Assignment of projects which support the successful recruitment and retention of candidates, such as (but not limited to) the creation and upkeep of effective job descriptions, initiatives to facilitate internal mobility, and candidate onboarding.
