To provide customers and the general public a maximum level of service by:

1. Receiving and processing payments from customers.

2. Completing customer orders and applications for electric service.

3. Providing assistance using the switchboard and AVAYA phone system when needed.

4. Receiving customer inquiries concerning payments on accounts, applications for

         electric service, and other general questions.

5. Acting as welcoming liaison for members, the general public, and cooperative employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year experience in customer contact situations required
• Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel helpful 
• Competency in operation of simple office equipment required
• Must be interested in working with other people
• Must promote professional appearance and mannerisms
• Ability to perform operations with U.S. currency required
