Summary:
FS Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of funds transfers, reporting, and data/payment transmission to the @ 300 customers subscribed to the services. Phone/email/web support of each of the applications is a primary focus of the team on a day-to-day basis. Billing for each of the Financial Services products is completed by the team for credit card, e-check, lockbox, RPPS, and Checkout applications. The candidate must be trustworthy, precise, and detail-oriented (able to manage a process of 40 million payments annually) Will have access to sensitive information and Meridian bank accounts. Understands the payments industry and CIS/Billing application.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations and Support of FS productions.
Help manage and engage the FS team.
Help ensure all reporting, posting, and funding occurs every day.
Meridian Installation of CC/EC/RPPS/Lockbox/Checkout applications
Customer support of Meridian, UPN, and Arista applications and installations.
Support complex software applications and payment processing integration.
Help manage Financial Services’ daily operational activities.
Escalation path for team and organization
Maintenance Window and after-hours/on-call support
Customer training
Billing of Financial Services monthly usage
Help grow the relationships with our 3rd Party Vendors
Optimization of existing processes and procedures

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and ten years of accounting or public financial management experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Management role.
Background in software and payment processing with a strong SQL Server Management Studio skill set and a basic comfort level working with Windows services to complete operational activities.
Self-starter who is curious and takes the initiative to learn new processes and has a technical skill set to contribute to the success of the organization.
Detail-oriented, ability to work across the organization, with customers, and solve problems.
