We are currently seeking applicants for a Plant Reliability Engineer in the Asset Management department of our Power Production division located at the Thomas Hill facility in Clifton Hill, MO.
This position is responsible for managing economic risk while emphasizing improvements to plant reliability and equipment health for AECI generation fleet. This will be accomplished by investigating or analyzing equipment reliability failures and events, implementation of Equipment Reliability infrastructure and establishing an optimized Preventative Maintenance Program based on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principals.
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical (ME) or Electrical (EE) Engineering.
Demonstrate a firm grasp of equipment reliability as it relates to a power plant.
Proficient with statistical calculations and determination of probabilities of failure.
Knowledge of PdM technologies preferred (vibration, infrared, lubrication, ultrasound, ultrasonic, metal and paint analysis, motion amplification, generator flux testing, cable testing, motor testing analysis (PdMA)).
Possess knowledge of CMMS Systems and their functional uses.
Experience with craft labor preferred.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media.
