South Central Power Company, Ohio’s largest electric cooperative, is seeking an individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a newly created position in our fiber division and will report out of our Lancaster, Ohio headquarters. This is a position will work in our call center supporting and coordinating fiber service transactions between customers and technicians in support of fiber product and service sales, installation, billing, provisioning, and integration.
