Summary: This Energy Services Program Consultant position will collaborate with our customers to analyze their energy services program workflows and consult to build a best practice integrated solution. An energy services program allows our members utilities to enroll consumers, track, analyze and report on utility, energy efficiency, distributed energy resource (DER) and smart device (internet of things) related programs within their organization. The ideal candidate will be able to scope, prioritize and document energy services business processes comfortably. The position works closely with the NISC Enterprise software, which leverages Salesforce and Form Assembly, to serve our Members/Customers’ needs for implementing their energy services programs solutions.
