Essential Functions: Coordinate and execute various Human Resources Projects Respond to human resources-related inquiries. Design and facilitate leadership development programs. Consult with team members and stakeholders across the enterprise to conduct needs analyses to identify learning initiatives that meet organizational and participant needs.
