Dispatch / Custodian
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, performs janitorial and building maintenance, cleaning and maintaining the Cooperative’s offices in such a manner that it will be attractive, clean, and healthy so as to provide proper and attractive facilities for the employees, members and the general public. Conducts radio / telephone dispatch operations with minimal supervision for small outages after regular hours in a professional manner. In the event of major outages and emergency situations calls Management to insure a sufficient and effective number of personnel are present to manage the situation.
