Requirements:          To advise members in the efficient use of electricity, help coordinate and organize all of CEC’s energy services programs and processes, while meeting internal and external documentation requirements.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide positive, professional service to members in assisting with their in-person, phone and email inquiries, particularly in regards to their energy efficiency, solar and net metering, electric vehicle and other service programs as they develop within the department Accurately explain rates and charges within all rate classes and be able to discuss usage profiles with members Obtain, research and document all pertinent information and data to process reb
