CFC has a need for a Manager, Financial Product Services (FPS) on our Treasury and Finance team. The Manager (FPS), manages and administers all the servicing activities related to CFC’s various loan products to ensure all aspects of the product servicing functions are performed accurately, efficiently and are in compliance with the policy and procedures. This position provides support to various CFC capital markets relations efforts and strategic initiatives.
As a Manager, Financial Product Services, you will: • Manage all servicing functions for loan products within the group. • Manage loan accounting functions for syndicated credit facilities. • Manage compliance of loan servicing related contractual obligations. • Lead the closing of syndicated loan transactions process. • Manage and develop the team. • Educate internal and external stakeholders on the products. • Improve operational efficiencies of the product and services.
To be successful, you will need: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field required. • 7 years of related experience required. • Managerial experience required. • A professional designation (CTP/CPA/CFA) is preferred. • Prior experience in financial institutions is preferred. • Experience with loan servicing system, such as ACBS, is preferred. • Advanced knowledge of standard commercial lending concepts, practices, and procedures and financial reports. • Advanced credit analysis skills and strong knowledge of loan structures and legal documents. • Advanced MS Office skills.
