Summary: Assist in planning, developing and administering a comprehensive Member Service Program that facilitates growth in the Cooperative’s system and is beneficial to the Membership. Provide exceptional service with timely and accurate responses to member inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Understand all the Cooperative’s programs, services, plans, and objectives.
