The Director of Finance and Accounting is directly responsible for the design, development, establishment and implementation of accounting, tax, auditing, budgeting, regulatory, internal control and financial reporting policies, procedures and administrative practices.  Directly responsible for managing the accounting team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end a
