This position shall, direct and be held accountable for the safety and production of assigned crew members in the performance of maintenance, testing, calibration, installation or construction functions as defined or implied in service contracts entered into by the Cooperative. Including the proper operation of equipment, the quality and quantity of work performed and the harmony of the crew and crewmembers.
