Position Purpose: Manage and coordinate all substation & transmission maintenance programs and construction through assigned personnel or contractors. Essential Functions: Develop and oversee a cohesive system wide maintenance and testing plan. Supervise and coordinate a system wide testing schedule of all substation equipment (relays, breakers, transformers, etc. in accordance with schedules specified by engineering. Maintain a record keeping system of all test results in coordination with engineering. Utilize resources effectively to ensure training and understanding of test results by assigned personnel.
