Senior Human Resources Generalist II
We are seeking candidates for a Senior Human Resources Generalist II position. Position Summary:  Plans, coordinates and executes all aspects of the cooperative’s employment, recruiting and succession planning, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, employee development, training, and wellness functions.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Wage and Salary Administration: Administers wage and salary administration program in accordance with guidelines, federal and state laws, policies, and Board-approved compensation increases. Oversees an independent salary review as directed by the Board. Participates in benchmarking with other cooperativ
