Associate Project Controls Specialist I - Project Controls Specialist II
Provide a full suite of project control services to transmission line and substation capital project teams in a matrixed environment. Create, maintain, monitor and analyze 75+ cost and resource loaded capital project schedules using Primavera Project Management software. Develop risk mitigation action plans to correct negative trends in cost and schedule. Communicate performance to management and project team. Assemble project budgets & develop on-going forecasts. Perform cost variance analysis & reporting. Support GTC Capital Program management function, in particular the development of GTC's annual Capital Program budget. Prepare project close-out documents and provide analysis of results of each project. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or B.S.
