Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives is seeking a Safety and Services Training Instructor to develop and present job training and safety programs for employees of member and non-member systems. The successful candidate will evaluate students trained and recommend ways to minimize total liability to employers. Position requires frequent overnight travel, some lifting and some long periods outdoors in all types of weather. The preferred candidate will have experience as a lineman and possess a knowledge of electric utility construction and maintenance practices, excellent presentation skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
