POSITION SUMMARY  Performs assigned projects, procedures, or tasks at a level of independent expertise, involving the installation, calibration, testing, inspection, repair and maintenance of all types and kinds of power quality instruments, watthour meters, and revenue associated metering and meter communications equipment. Also performs distribution meter programming, testing, and installation on downline member systems upon request.
