DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES
The Director Human Resources is responsible for the oversight of all human resource functions including recruitment, hiring, policy administration, employee and labor relations.  Serves as the internal consultant to senior management on people issues.  Helps shape human resources philosophy, policy and practice.  Plans, develops, and manages labor relations activities for multiple unions. Provides appropriate communications within the organization to promote employee understanding of company programs, policies, and objectives along with leadership and oversight for day-to-day management of best practices human resources.
