The Director of Fiber Information Technology (IT) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing all aspects of JWEMC Communications, LLC’s (Flash Fiber) computer, communication, and network systems to ensure all systems work efficiently and reliably. The position is responsible for supervising Fiber IT staff and ensuring that the staff provides for the computer, network, and communication needs.  Must be highly motivated and function autonomously to manage and operate our advanced network.  The position requires hands-on support for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic transport technologies, packet IP technologies, and multi-gigabit services based on GPON, FTTX and other last mile technologies.
