General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer SUMMARY: The General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer (GC/CCO) is responsible for advising DMEA and its subsidiaries concerning their legal rights, obligations, duties, and privileges to ensure compliance with their governing documents and applicable laws and regulations. The GC/CCO provides day-to-day leadership and oversees the ongoing operations related to Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Safety and Records Management. The GC/CCO is responsible for the development, application and evaluation of organizational structure, strategic planning and management programs, policies, methods and procedures within these areas of responsibility. The GC/CCO will embody and promote a culture of
