About Us: As an electrical distribution cooperative, Prairie Energy Cooperative is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Billing Agent to provide exceptional administrative tasks for our co-op members’ with an emphasis on billing and payment inquiries.  As a member-owned cooperative, Prairie Energy Cooperative values integrity, teamwork, and innovation in all aspects of its operations. Responsibilities: Respond to members and visitors as it relates to customer service tasks and communication. Respond to member inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account changes. Assist with account management and billing discrepancy resolution. Educate members on billing policies and payment options.
