Manage all aspects of distribution system control and switching for routine and emergency conditions, manage outage crew assignments, assist in regular and after-hours customer service activities, and monitoring of both the distribution system and the security system while continuously remaining focused on the Cooperative’s Mission and Vision Statements, and the promotion of the Cooperative’s Guiding Values.   Utilizes the Cooperative’s Outage Management System (OMS) to evaluate and prioritize outage management, hazard conditions, and unusual system activity. Utilization of other systems includes IVR, GIS, AMI, SCADA. Assigns personnel and equipment to outages and hazard conditions. Documents and communicates outages, abnormal conditions and hazard
