Position Summary The Billing Analyst 1 will process the cycle and final billing for electric and gas services, which impact customer’s/member’s utility accounts.   Primary Position Responsibilities Import/export meter reading files from meter reading system, AMI Command Center or Meter Data Management system. Conduct quality assurance reporting on all Cycle and Final bills. Complete connect, meter change, stuck meter and miscellaneous service orders and adjust account and/or add appropriate fees, if applicable. Calculate and process account adjustments including manual and/or batch files. Process miscellaneous fee adjustments as submitted by departments.
