The Corporate Compliance department provides support in evaluating new areas of opportunity as well as changes to existing business functions to enable business and reduce risk by ensuring compliance with regulations and internal corporate policies.  The Corporation Compliance department areas of focus include corporate records, FERC and NERC compliance, Department of Transportation compliance, and corporate governance.   The Records Manager will be a champion of the Cooperative’s Core Values through the oversight of the company(ies) records management program(s).  The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage records throughout their lifecycle, from creation to disposition.
