GENERAL FUNCTION:To demonstrate the skills necessary to construct and maintain the electric distribution system by providing high quality electric service to all customers. WORKING CONDITIONS:Major portion of work day involves general activities of line construction, including construction and maintenance. This is a safety sensitive position and is subject to drug testing. Individual must have the ability to perform work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Subject to call 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Subject to long periods of work. Work involves outside work in all types of weather. WAGES: The wage scale for this position is listed in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
