Assists with investigating, surveying, and staking electric lines according to construction specifications and prepares staking sheets. Under the supervision of the engineering supervisor, checks requests for the new services, stakes new services and system improvements, prepares computerized staking sheets and enters information on maps and records, inspects substations, evaluates and inspects poles to be replaced or relocated, and assist as needed on storm restoration. Takes voltage surveys, checks bill complaints and members’ wiring and makes recommendations as required.
