Responsibilities include: Providing hardware and software configuration, installation, and support for all servers, network devices, appliances, and endpoints – including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Using risk management to identify vulnerabilities and threats to information resources and determine countermeasures that reduce risk to an acceptable level.
