Vermont Electric Cooperative (VEC), a leading cooperative distribution utility, is looking for a dynamic Supervisor of Substations and Advanced Metering to join our team. Our focus is always on serving our owners: the members we provide electricity to. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability of our energy services and implementing innovative solutions for our increasingly complex grid. As we move towards more and more renewable and carbon-free energy sources, the substations are at the heart of our grid and much of the data collection that helps us monitor the system. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Substation and Advanced Metering team. Based in Johnson, they work all over our system.
