Summary Manages and provides administrative oversight to all aspects of human resource and cooperative safety activities including employee procurement, compensation, and benefits administration, organizational and personnel development and planning, employee recognition and activities, policy administration, and government and regulatory compliance. Provides guidance and support of the strategic plan and assists with improving organizational efficiencies and effectiveness to the benefit of members.
