Full time position provides Service Desk IT support. Answers tickets and assists with whatever technical issues the client may be facing including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. Performs workstation replacements in accordance with equipment lifecycle and assists IT employees with work plan and special projects. Contributes to a strong security culture by practicing cybersecurity awareness and by referring identified security issues to senior team members for resolution or mitigation.
