Hendricks Power Cooperative is now accepting applications for the position of Manager of Finance and Accounting.  Hendricks Power is a rural electric cooperative in Avon, Indiana that focuses on distributing electric service to members in four counties. The Manager of Finance and Accounting will provide financial leadership to support the Cooperative’s strategic and operational goals. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and understanding of accounting practices and reconciliation processing, along with self-motivation, organization skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.   Major responsibilities include: supervise the accounting/ finance department; perform financial analysis and reporting; interpret performance drivers and present financial information; manag
