Creates and distributes cut-off cards daily for member’s accounts, contacting members as needed
Processes read out service order using FLEX and other means available
Assists with dispatching mobile service orders
Monitors and processes service orders and automatic meter cut offs to ensure final bills are created
Ensures accurate reconnect fees and deposits are placed on member accounts.
Monitors prepaid member alerts.
Monitors The Grid (internal program) for transfers, rate changes and cycle changes daily
Performs and reviews residential billing processes to ensure accuracy
Processes delinquents to apply reminder notices and penalties for residential members.
Generates call system list for residential members regarding delinquent accounts
Coordinates with collection agency for member requests and payments
Generates letters for past due members prior to sending to collections
Sets up contracts for members with extended arrangements
Processes member bankruptcies
Assists with other processes in the billing department
Backs up Billing and Accounting Coordinator as requested
