To apply standard engineering practices and techniques in oversight of all phases of planning, design, staking, construction, operation and maintenance of the Cooperative’s transmission and distribution system and substation facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate and oversee the design, construction, maintenance, testing, and inspection activities associated with all new and existing substations.
