Summary of Position
We are searching for a Privileged Access Management (PAM) engineer to engage with other application teams to integrate/onboard applications and accounts, to administer and support the PAM infrastructure, and to respond and troubleshoot account access issues. This is a HYBRID position located in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of CyberArk PAS solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP)
- Experience creating platforms policy for the management of credentials.
- Administer and engineer CyberArk for integrating privileged accounts.
- Designs, implements, and maintains CyberArk Privileged Access Security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CyberArk solutions into both on-premises and cloud-based systems
- Configures and manages CyberArk components such as Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager PSM), and Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) within on-premises and cloud environments
- Conducts regular assessments and audits to ensure the security and compliance of privileged accounts and access across all environments
- Provides technical expertise and support for CyberArk-related incidents and issues in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Monitor CyberArk systems for performance issues, anomalies, and security incidents, and escalate as necessary.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing issues related to CyberArk solutions.
- Assist in the documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices for CyberArk administration and privileged access management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in CyberArk technologies and cybersecurity best practices through self-study and training opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 15+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM )experience, or equivalent demonstrated through knowledge of privileged access management solutions such as BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or Centrify.
- 10+ years of credential management expertise and advanced management of credential management systems. (CyberArk or BeyondTrust)
- 15+ years of Windows and UNIX environments experience
- 12+ years of experience with automating workflows (PowerShell, VBScript, Shell, etc)
- Ability to manage complex issues and develop solution
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk suite and related components.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience on Implementation and Integration CyberArk
- Certifications (Optional but advantageous): Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CyberArk certifications can be beneficial.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
