Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Lead and manage multiple complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive project success and manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and track progress using project management software and tools.
Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, including regular status updates, reporting, and escalations when necessary.
Provide leadership in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Support the organization's strategic initiatives by delivering IT projects that enhance operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and innovation.

Qualifications:
Knowledge typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a technology related field and 7+ years of experience managing technology and business-related projects OR 2+ years post high school education or applicable training in a technology related field and 11+ years of experience managing technology and business-related projects.
