This position is responsible for the availability and security of the CRC Network - Designs, implements, analyzes and maintains information technology (IT) network and server systems within physical, virtual and cloud environments. Communicates, coordinates and manages IT projects with internal and external resources to ensure successful technology systems implementations. Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewalls, servers, Cloud Design & Security, DNS, SSL certs and SDWAN connectivity for our 4 CRC locations, and external connectivity with members and other parties. The Network & Security Administrator has ownership over the CRC IT Network as a function and will support other team members as a Subject Matter Expert in the design, operations and troubleshooting of network and server infrastructure systems. Eligible for remote work, ideally within 1 hour drive from Austin, MN.
Essential functions
Owns the CRC IT & Cloud Infrastructure: Network & Server design and operations
IT Network design and technical expertise - IP addressing, Firewalls, Routing, Switching
Maintain at least 99.99% uptime SLA of mission critical IT systems
Configures and Implements network security policies and guidelines
Responsible for security of CRC Network and assists with PCI compliance
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

Required education and experience
3-5 years of experience with technical aspects of IT network and security or equivalent combination of education and experience (Network/Security Administrator, Engineer, etc.).
Preferred education and experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred
Experience as a Network Engineer, Administrator or similar role highly desirable
CCNA, CCNP, MCSE or other Network/Security certification desirable
