JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION: Under minimal supervision, assists in the engineering activities of the cooperative by applying sound judgment in system design and construction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Initiate, maintain, and continually update the maps with current engineering and field data, to aid in the development of the engineering model and system studies. Design and Analyze Distribution Line extensions to ensure compliance to RUS Standards, as well as NEC, NESC, and OSHA guidelines. Maintain current knowledge of relevant codes, trends, and technology. Conduct staking appointments with Cooperative members, to determine optimum methods to upgrade, change, or install new services. Tabulate co
